In common with the ethos of Kind & Company, Mark wants to deliver a quality project that exceeds expectations and, with over 35 years in the industry and many successful achievements, he has the skill and experience to ensure consistently high quality results. With a practical outlook and not wishing to be office-bound, Mark has found the perfect outlet for his skills. Enjoying all aspects of managing and surveying coupled with the variation of the typical working day, Mark fosters a close team ethic where people are expected to match his enthusiasm for the job.
Educated to HND and upper NVQ level, his extensive experience speaks of a career in the fluid construction environment, managing multiple trades, meeting contractual requirements and getting the best out of his delivery teams is essential. Mark is also a strong believer in nurturing new talent. Over the years, several of the trainees he has mentored have moved into project management or progressed their trade careers. He considers himself to be a good all-rounder who is as at home with high-value, multi-phase projects; as he is with short, intense timescales.
