Hoe Street handover - new affordable homes delivered in Waltham Forest

This week we are proud to hand over one of the two residential blocks we are currently delivering for our client ISHA (Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association), along with key funders and partners Waltham Forest Council and the GLA.

317a Hoe Street offers 16 new homes to the residents of the borough, the new block replaces an unattractive garage site and has uplifted the street scape of this main thoroughfare central to Walthamstow.  Once we complete the second block in this scheme, which is across the road and just 65 meters away, we will have delivered a total of 54 affordable homes, meeting our clients aspirations to continue to provide ‘modern, efficient and environmentally friendly living spaces -putting affordable homes back into the community’.

Steve Juson our Operations Director stated on handover: ‘We are delighted to be delivering these affordable homes in our local community having operated in the borough for over 75 years ourselves. Combined these two developments will really uplift this part of the high street and we look forward to completing the second phase in this project’.
