Colby Lodge makes the shortlist for the LBWF design awards 2021.

We are delighted to hear our completed scheme Colby Lodge has been shortlisted for another award!
The scheme which has provided 20 new older persons flats for our client Walthamstow & Chingford Almhouse Charity was one of 36 entries to be submitted for a Waltham Forest Design Award 2021. Judges from the panel were welcomed to the scheme last week to complete a tour of the block as they visit all 14 shortlisted developments in this year's awards.
The winning project will be announced on 18th November 2021 – we look forward to the result!
