Delivering in BIM - New Homes For Bow

We are excited to be progressing with the delivery of Regency Court in Bow. 

Working for the first time with client Victoria Park Housing Developments Ltd, we will demolish the existing building to make way for 32 residential dwellings consisting of a combination of 1,2 & 3 bed flats. 

This £7.1m project will be another scheme we currently have on site being delivered to BIM (level 2). The scheme includes all associated works, ancillary and plant services, cycle and car parking and hard & soft landscaping.  Key elements include brick and block architectural features with reconstituted stone, and an extensive green roof with PV panels and a wildflower roof system.  The project will be built to reach 36% above building regulations.

The project is due for completion in Autumn 2022.
