Essex Housing Awards 2023

Congratulations to our team who worked on The Meadows, as we are delighted to have picked up the award for Small Housing Schemes (1-24 homes) at the Essex Housing Awards!

The Meadows consisted of nine new-build four and five-bedroom detached houses located in Grays, Essex. Using Modern Methods of Construction with a fabric first approach, the scheme also included energy-efficient high-specification finishes in a semi-rural location on the site of a disused school.
