Essex Housing Development Awards 2023 Shortlist

We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the ‘Small Housing Schemes (1-24 Homes)’ and ‘Excellence in Design & Placemaking sponsored by Latimer by Clarion Housing Group’ categories at the Essex Housing Awards 2023, for our residential project The Meadows. 

The Meadows consisted of nine new-build four and five-bedroom detached houses located in Grays, Essex. Using Modern Methods of Construction with a fabric first approach, the scheme also included energy-efficient high-specification finishes in a semi-rural location on the site of a disused school.

We look forward to gathering with all finalists in November for the awards ceremony.
