Kind & Co pleased to host the Essex Developer Group’s meeting on site with a Passivhaus Presentation!

Yesterday the sun did us proud along with our team at Lexden Gardens, who helpfully welcomed the Essex Developers Group (EDG) to site for a visit to the historic former hospital in Colchester, which we are currently redeveloping for our client Essex Housing.

Incorporating the EDG’s bi-monthly meeting with the visit, we had time for a networking lunch and the opportunity to present our Passivhaus presentation, so it was an all-round ‘jam-packed’ afternoon.

Our Head of Marketing and Partnerships Gemma Gallagher said: ‘We were thrilled to be able to facilitate the first of hopefully many site visits for the Essex Developer Group’s members meetings. We enjoyed discussing progress on site at Lexden Gardens in significant detail; and in having the opportunity to talk to the members about our Passivhaus projects, we were able to share our advice and best practice for delivering projects to the Passivhaus standard.  A big thanks to the Leadership team at EDG for asking us to host this site event!’

It was great to network with the other attendees at the meeting and hear more updates about future development plans in the Essex region.
