Kind & Company opens a new office in Croydon

After more than seventy years serving the people, authorities and businesses of London and the South-East from our Leytonstone Head Office, a series of significant contract awards totaling over £40M in south London, Kent and Surrey have prompted the company to open a new office in Croydon. Based in the iconic Airport House, Purley Way, our team of Projects Managers, Surveyors and support staff will be well located to control these projects and drive the company’s planned organic expansion into the southern M25 corridor and adjacent areas.

The well-equipped office has communication and IT links to our head office in Leytonstone, including the procurement, accounting and estimating teams and our PAS91 approved supply chain. The project team based in the Croydon office has considerable experience in managing major projects specifically in south London and the southern Home Counties.
