Returning to the Roman Road to deliver more homes
Published 25 February 2021

We are delighted to announce we have secured a £3m project to deliver new homes for a neighbouring East London Borough to Kind & Co -Tower Hamlets.
We will be working for the local authority to provide 11 residential apartments located on the Roman Road in Bethnal Green; once the stats diversions have concluded on site, we look forward to seeing the start of the construction phase of this project.
Keats House will consist of a mix of one, two and three bed dwellings. The block will be built using piled foundations, a concrete frame and will feature a brick façade with balconies to each apartment on the front elevation. The project is designed to achieve 35% above part L building regulations and will include a roof garden and PV installation.
Our Operations Director Steve Juson commented: ‘We are looking forward to not only providing a quality building that delivers on its environmental aspirations, but also the opportunity to work alongside the borough to engage and invest in the local community’.
We hope the eventual easing of lockdown measures will allow plenty of opportunity to conduct a site visit this year to provide regular updates on this scheme as it develops.
