Successfully Delivered Projects for 2020

In reviewing our 2020, despite the obvious challenges the year brought, we are delighted with the fantastic projects that completed during this period. Especially proud are we to have received a CCS Gold award for a scheme we carried out at 4 Ingate Place, Battersea. A commercial scheme which included part refurbishment and extension to the existing block, fulfilling the client’s aspirations to upgrade and extend the space into a bright open plan office facility with high spec features. 

In the summer of 2020, we also saw the completion of our Lambourn Close site in Hanwell. At Kind & Co, we take pride in this scheme being one of the first relocation project examples seen in London. We have upcycled some fantastic homes for the residents of Ealing!

Another successfully completed scheme was an extension we carried out to a property in Islington, for our client, The Dame Alice Owen Foundation. Block M2 consisted of a mansard roof extension, re-cladding, period Georgian features and external works. It’s inner-city London location meant for careful logistical planning and regular liaison with the local authority to achieve the smooth delivery of this scheme. 

Lastly, one of our most recently completed projects to close 2020 was Mount Pleasant Flats for our client Barnet Homes.This scheme provided 12 affordable units for the residents within the borough. 

We are pleased to continue our working relationship with this client as we embark on delivering a further 14 units in Summers Lane for their subsidiary Opendoor Homes, which is due for completion Spring 2022.
