We think the Essex Housing Awards is a fantastic event, showcasing and celebrating some of the best housing developments across the region.  This event also recognises the talented housing professionals in Essex, responsible for delivering quality homes in partnership with contractors like ourselves (who deliver projects across the South East). We think celebrating talent in our industry is just as important as recognising the quality buildings being built in the region…so, that’s why this year we are pleased to be sponsoring the award for ‘Best Housing professional 2023’.

One of our core business values as a company is Collaboration, we understand and value the importance of working proactively with our clients to achieve the best possible outcome for housing delivery, and in order to achieve the best results it's important to work together.

Last year we were delighted to walk away from the Essex Housing ceremony with the award for ‘Excellence in Development Medium Scheme (26-50 homes)’ for our project known now as: Beaconsfield Place (Calcutta Rd), which we delivered for our client Thurrock Council. During our acceptance for this award we acknowledge the great working relationship we had with the professional client team, who worked collaboratively with us to develop this fantastic award winning scheme.

It’s great to celebrate the people that make housing happen, so we are excited to be sponsoring an award that commends the talent and commitment of individuals that make a difference within the housing sector!
