Working with Wandsworth to deliver more new homes for residents

We are delighted to announce that following a rigorous procurement exercise, we have been appointed by Wandsworth Council to continue to deliver more homes within the borough.
Whitlock Drive, situated in Westhill Wandsworth, is a garage site identified by the council for redevelopment, offering their residents an additional 9 quality new homes. We will be working with the council to provide a three-story block of flats comprising of one 1-bed, six 2-bed and two 3 bed homes.
Due to the nature of the sloping ground level on this site it has been designed to incorporate under-croft car parking, and we will also be carrying out additional associated improvement works, including planting new trees and reconfiguring the surrounding infrastructure.
