Construction works:

• Phased demolition of existing building to make way for 64 bed care home facility
• Phased construction works to build new care home
• 'Fabric first' approach in line with Part L 2021 regulations with 'be lean, be clean, be green' principles at heart of design
• Large scale PV installation with 154 panels
• Hard landscaping, including car park with EV charging points and energy efficient lighting across development
• Complete landscape re-design including bio-diversity strategy in collaboration with client and design team
• Hi-end finishes throughout
