Baker Street Project

We are delighted to share a few images of our latest completed refurbishment scheme. 219 Baker Street, Marylebone. 

Situated in this busy inner city London location, we worked collaboratively with our client to sustainably refurbish luxury apartments within the block, including their 1,829 sq ft penthouse suite.   

Delivering the project while the building remained operational, we upgraded the apartments to a modern specification, whilst ensuring we carefully re-purposed and re-used many of the existing materials, reducing the need for waste leaving the site and the impact thereafter on the environment. In addition, we upgraded the hot water system and electrics to the apartments, improving the overall energy efficiency, and we installed new kitchens throughout to meet the high-end specification set out by our client. We also carried out upgrade works to each bathroom and uplifted the joinery throughout the scheme.
