Planning achieved Cornwallis Court, Bury St Edmunds

We are delighted to have recently received the news that planning has been achieved at Cornwallis Court, Bury St Edmunds. Our Pre-Construction team have been working with our client the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Company, and the consulting team for a number of months on this scheme, which when built, will bring a brand new 64 bed care facility to the site, replacing the existing care home.

We are excited to continue to collaboratively work with the team on this scheme and look forward to bringing more news about this exciting project soon.
