New Projects: Woodcote Road and Beddington Lane

We are delighted to announce that following a rigorous procurement exercise we have recently been appointed by London Borough of Sutton to deliver Woodcote Road and Beddington Lane. These two sites will provide 20 new Passivhaus certified homes for local residents once complete.  

Our Managing Director Steve Juson commented: ‘Having worked with Sutton council collaboratively to assist with the delivery of their first housing developments in over 30 years, we are thrilled to now be embarking on the delivery of their first Passivhaus residential developments, we look forward to working with our client to deliver these low-carbon, highly efficient and affordable homes.’

This recent contract appointment brings our current Passivhaus home delivery up to 119 units currently under construction within London. We look forward to bring more progress reports about this scheme soon.
