Our Rooftop Developments Brochure is Now Released

It’s time to look up! We are excited to be releasing our rooftop developments brochure which showcases the rooftop developments we have completed over the years. With over 75 years in the industry, delivering new build, refurbished and extended properties across London and the Southeast, our team have the necessary skills and experience required to help you look up and build up!

However for residential projects we do need to think about The Building Regs (Part B) which says: 

“Blocks of apartments with a top storey more than 11m above ground level should be fitted with a sprinkler system throughout the building”

Effectively, any residential rooftop development going over 11m (or already over but going higher) would entail fitting sprinklers to every apartment (but not stairs or corridors) below the new development. So, check with Kind & Co first before you start to spend any money.
