Brad Bendelow

To make a success of any construction project, a balance of the practical and intellectual is required. It is achieving this balance that inspires Brad. With family links to the industry, his career route has seen him train as a Surveyor within a large construction company to achieve a BSc in Quantity Surveying, he then moved to New Zealand and gained further experience client side. On returning to the UK, Brad joined Kind & Company initially as a Surveyor, progressing to Projects Manager and then on to his current position as Commercial Manager, during which time he became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building. 

Brad finds it rewarding to build strong relationships with our clients through collaboration and transparency in his approach.  He is responsible for the commercial and fiscal management of all our projects and gives financial direction and instruction to the projects teams that ensures maximum efficiency in providing quality, sustainable buildings for our clients. 

Outside work, Brad is keen on personal health and fitness and has completed marathons in both London and Berlin.
